Junior Java Developer Wanted!
I wonder why it is so hard to get a Junior Java Developer...
We don't need a very experienced one but someone who is familiar with JSP/Servlet web development, knowledege in Struts is an advantage...
Some says it's due to the title ends with "(Contract)", is it really the only reason?
